AISK supports projects and programmes that need clearer governance, better planning and stronger control of the decisions, risks and dependencies that influence delivery.
Before delivery accelerates, the project needs a shared understanding of the required outcomes, responsibilities, approvals and information routes. AISK can review or establish mobilisation plans, responsibility structures, reporting arrangements, escalation routes and delivery readiness.
Governance should make decisions easier to take and easier to trace. It should not create unnecessary distance between the people identifying a problem and those authorised to resolve it.
A target date is not a delivery plan. AISK can structure or review programmes around activities, milestones, design information, approvals, procurement, construction, assurance and handover.
We currently use Microsoft Project and Excel based controls, including programme trackers, action logs, risk registers, change registers and reporting dashboards. Where clients have established systems, we can work within those arrangements rather than create a parallel process.
Risk registers, change logs and decision records are useful only when they influence action. AISK focuses on ownership, consequence, required information and the effect a decision may have on design, programme, quality or delivery responsibilities.
Significant change should be understood before it becomes accepted project practice. Minor adjustments should not be buried in bureaucracy, but decisions with meaningful technical or delivery consequences need a clear route from proposal to review, approval and implementation.
Where a project has lost momentum, the first task is often to establish a reliable picture of the current position. We review the programme, unresolved actions, risks, decisions, technical queries, design status, contractor information and key dependencies to identify what is genuinely controlling progress.
Recovery then becomes a prioritised delivery exercise rather than another review report.

Adeel Iqbal held combined Site Manager and Site Engineer responsibility on an approximately £900,000 drainage improvement scheme, coordinating programme, engineering, quality, health and safety, subcontractors and client requirements within a live delivery environment.
